The Muslim heritage exhibit ‘1001 Inventions’, showcasing the history of Islamic science and invention, will be put on in Dubai by the end of the year, it has been reposted.

After its launch in the UK earlier this month ‘1001 Inventions:  Discover the Muslim Heritage in our World’ is set to begin its tour of more than 20 nations in Europe, the Middle East, the Far East, and Australasia, WAM said yesterday.

Exhibition organisers, the Dubai-based Muslim Heritage Consulting and the Foundation for Science, Technology and Civilization (FSTC) in the UK, have been “inundated with requests for the exhibition from the governments, academic institutions, and corporate interests around the globe2.  Professor Salim Al-Hassani, Chairman of the FSTC said: “The enthusiastic response to the exhibition… testament to strong international demand for this unique exhibition”.
